Chief Branding Officer, Jenna Banks, founded Brand Spirit in 2012 after a successful history of having previously worked in both management and entrepreneurial roles within the promotional products industry as well as the toy & game industry. When first conceiving Brand Spirit, she was inspired to serve businesses of all sizes, on a national basis, where traditionally the market has been serviced primarily on a local level. She understands that with todays’ busy work schedules, many buyers appreciate the ease of online shopping and communicating via the platform of their choice, yet still appreciate the value of receiving personalized attention and client-centric customer care.
