The event was the first in-person conference after the pandemic, which meant it wasn’t just about the workshops and keynote sessions. It was also about building and reconnecting with industry movers and potential partners for future projects.

SPIN-A-WHEEL FOR SWAG

Instead of just handing out their company swag and business card, they took the gamified route by adding a roulette wheel that attendees spun to land on one of their amazing custom gifts! This mini “Wheel of Fortune” experience instantly broke the ice and served as a warm greeting to anyone who came by.

Prizes included branded caps, Yeti tumblers, and an Engineer Multi-tool Pen, among other delightful custom giveaways. The engineer pen was particularly a stand-out item.

This unique conference swag includes 2 Phillips bits, 3-star head bits, 1 flathead bit, 1 bent flathead bit, and 1 spanner bit. It also includes a twist-off cap for bit storage, a magnetic base and a durable metal clip. It is a pocket-sized essential that’s perfectly in-theme with the event.

Given the new connections and genuine engagements that the team created during the conference, it then suggests that meaningful exchanges can begin from the simplest of things – like a pen tool.
